The larger cottage was built over 100 years ago. It was used as a bunk house for one of the orchards surrounding the lake. It has been in our family since 1959.

Bedrooms
It has three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bedroom is handicap accessible. Sleeping arrangements are:

*Top bunk suitable for small child only. Couch in living room can be used.
Living Room
The living room furniture was new in 2006. It is made of a resin material that looks like wicker. It's pretty comfortable. Eight people can sit in this room quite nicely and the view of the lake is spectacular.
It has a brick fireplace and a sliding glass door that leads to the lake. A television set and telephone are both located in the living room.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fairly large with the sink and dishwasher on a center island. There is ample storage space for food. It is well stocked with dishes, flatware, pots and pans. There is an accumulation of kitchen gadgets from over the years. Kitchen linens are supplied. The refrigerator was new in 2006, the range in 2007.
Dining Area
The dining area is between the kitchen and living room and overlooks the lake through three large windows. It will accommodate meals when not dining outside on the patio.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are on the main floor. There is a full bath with a combination tub/shower as well as a half bath.
Patio
The patio is about 130 square feet. It has a Weber gas grill and a large picnic table that will easily accommodate ten diners.
